You’re welcome to browse, read, share, print and generally use the information on this site. You may not scrape the site for commercial purposes or use our content to train machine learning models without written consent.
Quotes and orders.
Quotes from Denver Eco Boxes are valid for 14 days from the date sent. Orders are confirmed in writing by email. Payment terms are specified in the quote. Title to goods passes at the outbound dock; freight risk passes per the BOL.
Grading and returns.
Every shipment includes a written grade. If you believe we graded wrong, photograph the discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery and email us with the BOL number. We’ll either swap the units, issue a credit, or take the load back and pay return freight.
Warranties.
We warrant that used gaylord boxes we sell are structurally fit for their labeled grade and intended general use. We do not warrant that used boxes are suitable for any specific customer application; it’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm fit for purpose.
Limitation of liability.
Our liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the value of the specific shipment in question. We do not accept liability for consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and neither would you in our shoes.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Denver County unless we both agree to arbitration in writing.
Changes.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the bottom of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
