Sell Service

Reclaimed boxes, hand-graded, delivered on pallets.

We sell the same gaylords we buy back. Every unit is inspected, graded and re-taped if needed before it leaves the yard. Delivered on 48-inch pallets, stacked four high, stretch-wrapped, ready to forklift.

Tell us what you have, or what you need. A human reads every request and replies within one business day — no chatbots, no phone calls.

What you get when you buy from us.

  • Boxes graded A, B or C in writing before they ship.
  • Delivered freight included in the quote — no invoice surprises.
  • A certificate of diversion for your ESG or sustainability reporting.
  • A return option: if we graded it wrong, we take it back and pay the return freight.
  • A human on the other end of the email thread. No chatbots.

How ordering works.

Tell us what you need in the form: footprint, approximate quantity, wall type (singlewall / doublewall / triplewall), grade preference, and delivery zip. Within a business day we reply with a quote and current stock. You confirm, we invoice, and we ship typically within 3–7 business days.

Payment terms.

Net-15 for established customers, prepay for first orders. We accept ACH, check, and credit card (with a small fee). No minimum contract — every order is standalone unless you’re in our closed-loop program.

What to expect from a typical first order.

First-time customers usually order one full pallet — about 48 folded gaylords — to test the inventory and the delivery experience. The pallet ships in 3–5 business days, gets dropped at your dock, and the customer immediately notices a few things: the boxes are reasonably uniform, the grade stamp matches what we promised, and the freight came in within the quoted range. Almost every first-time customer reorders within two weeks because the math suddenly makes sense in a way it never did with the new-box quotes they were comparing against.

Why we offer a return option.

The most common worry for first-time buyers is that the boxes won’t match the grade we sold them as. We solve this with a simple promise: if our grading was wrong, we take the load back and pay the return freight. The promise is on every quote and we’ve honored it every single time it’s come up. Last year that worked out to 3 returned loads out of about 1,400 shipments, which is less than a quarter of one percent. The policy exists not because we expect to use it, but because the policy itself is what makes first-time buyers willing to commit.

Volume discounts.

Standard volume break points: 5% off at 500 units, 8% at 1,000 units, 12% at 2,500 units. These compound with closed-loop pricing — closed-loop accounts that exceed 2,500 unit-trips annually qualify for the bigger discount automatically. We do not negotiate the discount tiers because they would not be meaningful if they were negotiable.

Custom inventory holds.

Several of our larger customers ask us to hold dedicated stock on the floor for them — typically 100–500 units of a specific footprint and grade. We charge a small monthly hold fee for this and the customer gets guaranteed availability when they call for delivery. It’s especially useful for seasonal accounts and for customers whose internal procurement cycles are too slow to react to spot-market availability.

Sell-service FAQ.

Can I order one box?

For yard pickup, sure. For delivery, no — the freight is more expensive than the box. One pallet (48 units) is the practical minimum for delivered orders.

What if I need a footprint you don’t have right now?

Tell us anyway. Our inventory rotates weekly and we may have what you need within a few days even if it’s not on today’s floor. If we genuinely can’t source it, we’ll quote new through a partner converter.

How do I know the boxes will be the grade you say?

Every box gets a yard stamp and the BOL lists the grade. If the stamp doesn’t match the BOL, photograph it and email us — we’ll take the load back and pay the freight both ways. We’ve never had a stamp mismatch get past our grading team but the policy exists for the rare exception.

Can you deliver to a third party on my behalf?

Yes — three-party shipments are common. Just include the ship-to address and a contact for the receiving facility in your PO and we’ll handle the delivery directly to them.
